Blōma Return Policy
Refunds
We’re happy to refund any unopened items you’re not completely satisfied with, provided you return them within 14 days of receipt in undamaged, unopened, and re-sellable condition.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@wearebloma.com or through our WhatsApp chatbox. Payment will be refunded to your original payment method, and you’ll receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
Please note:

Refunds apply to product value only, excluding postage costs (unless the return is due to our error).

The customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Shipping is free for orders over £50 (UK only). This applies to the original delivery but does not cover returns unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
To qualify for a refund, all items must be:

Unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

In a condition suitable for resale.
We cannot accept returns for items that do not meet these conditions.
Incorrect Goods or Faulty Products Received
We take quality control seriously and inspect all products before dispatch to maintain high standards.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us at info@wearebloma.com within 7 days of receipt.

You may request a refund, and we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item. Once confirmed, a full refund, including original and return postage, will be processed.
Order Cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately at info@wearebloma.com.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be amended, but you may still return the items as per our returns policy.
To cancel, contact us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order reference number.
How to Make a Return
1. Contact Us: Email info@wearebloma.com or use our WhatsApp chatbox to request a return form.
2. Package Your Items:

Carefully package your items.

Include the completed returns form.

Attach the return label provided.
3. Post Your Package:

Take your package to your nearest post office.

Request proof of postage and keep it for reference: Without proof of postage, we cannot process refunds if your return is not received.
4. Processing Your Refund:

Allow up to 14 business days from the date of receipt for your refund to be processed.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is complete.
